Hey there everybody,

I would like to introduce you my best friend and the worst enemy of the body fat: the jump rope 🙂

As a kids we used to jump rope a lot, but since then a lot time has passed. But I know it won’t take that long to recall this kid’s skill again.

So don’t get frustrated, give yourself patience and time, and practice jump roping out of the workouts, and after less than an month you will be amazed how good you are.

I should admit I have a room for improvement too, and I know that together we will become better every next day 🙂

      8. Plank Both Legs Jump Tuck to Jump Squat x10;
      9. One Leg V-up x20alt;

      2 rounds for time

      Finish with 1min of JR high knees 🙂
