Upper Body & Core Time Challenge #1 Advanced
Needed equipment: A pair of dumbbells (I am using my 5kg DBs);
WO:
Part1:
- One Arm Elevated T-Push-up x5 each side;
- Single Leg V-up x2 to V-up x10;
- One DB Pull Over to Twisted Sit-Up x10 (2 count as 1);
- Single Leg V-up x2 to V-up x10;
Part2:
- Plank Row x2 to Hammer Curl to Overhead Press x10;
- Rotational Sprinters x10 (2 count as 1);
- Low to High DB chop x20 each side;
- Rotational Sprinters x10 (2 count as 1);
Repeat Part1 & Part2 one more time
