This is our first workout
You do not need any equipment for it but I guarantee you it will be fun.
This is a full body intermediate cardio workout, or you can make it in your active rest day.
However it is doable for everyone, so do not be scared if you are a beginner and give it a try.
It is a time challenge workout, which means that we will try to do it as fast as we can, BUT without sacrificing the proper form and having fun all the time
